Application Process

We’re so glad you are considering Sophia Academy as an education option for your child. We look forward to getting to know you and your child through the application process, detailed below.

1. Submit an application.

  • One application is required per child. Once submitted, our admissions team will review your application and schedule an academic assessment. Click here to apply.

  • Application deadlines are as follows:

    • Priority Application Deadline: March 15, 2024; $25 application fee

    • Application Deadline: April 15, 2024; $50 application fee

    • Applications received after April 15, 2024; $75 application fee

2. Complete a Student Academic Assessment.

  • Your child will participate in an age-appropriate academic assessment in math and language arts. These assessments will be conducted by a grade-level teacher.

  • Assessment Dates:

    1. Round 1: March 23, 2024

    2. Round 2: April 27, 2024

3. Complete a Parent Interview.

  • Both parents will meet with our Headmaster for a 30-minute interview. This is an opportunity to get to know one another better, review your child's assessment report, and address any remaining questions.

  • Interview Dates:

    • Round 1: March 25 - April 10, 2024; Enrollment Decision by April 12, 2024

    • Round 2: April 29 - May 10, 2024; Enrollment Decision by May 13, 2024

4. Complete tuition agreement and submit non-refundable enrollment deposit.

  • Upon admission to Saint Sophia Academy, families will have one week to complete the enrollment packet.
